Class Correspondent

Jordan is assistant director of community service at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, in New London, Connecticut. He is also an assistant varsity softball coach, works part time in the insurance industry and is pursuing a master’s in clinical mental-health counseling. Daniel is the New York regional director for USY (United Synagogue Youth). He recently took a weeklong road trip down the Oregon coast with Jonathan Dweck, Alex Ellison and Michael Silverstone.

Leonie Koch and Jonathan Jackson embarked on a four-month round-the-world trip in January. Stops include Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, India, Bahrain, Egypt, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, France and Ireland. Jesse Ruth, a paralegal at a Boston law firm, is in the process of applying to law school. He reports he speaks with Daniel Koas on a daily basis. Naomi Weinblatt is a research analyst at NYC & Company, a destination marketing organization. She is a calligrapher in her spare time.

APPOINTMENT IN CHINA: In January, alumni and friends in Hong Kong gathered for a luncheon with Alan Hassenfeld, co-chair of the board of overseers of Brandeis International Business School (standing), and IBS dean Kathryn Graddy.
