Michelle Barras and Alexander Rosenberg, son of Kenneth Rosenberg ’78, were married at Brooklyn’s Liberty Warehouse on Dec. 16. Michelle and Alexander met through mutual friend Jonathan Kane. Charlie Chelnik is engaged to Sarah Gross. When not wedding planning, the couple runs a real estate business. They live in Manhattan. Julia Cohen, MA’11, married Paul Kassebaum on Oct. 7. The couple lives in White Plains, New York. Julia is a social policy analyst and data scientist at RTI International. Will Collins earned a PhD in pharmacology and experimental therapeutics at Tufts University’s Sackler School. He is married to Alisa Panjwani. Miriam Ganem-Rosen, MA’11, and Cory Julie ’07 welcomed Eve Simone in December. Tegan Kehoe wrote “Museums and the Paradox of Tolerance,” a chapter in the book “State of Museums: Voices From the Field,” published by MuseumsEtc in October. Mia and Alex Mansfield welcomed daughter Naomi on Oct. 31. Mia is director of climate adaptation and resilience at the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs in Massachusetts. Alex has started a business, Mass Hole Donuts, which creates the state’s best doughnut holes. Ryan McRae is an attorney in private practice at Nigro, Pettepit & Lucas. His practice focuses on litigation, and his specialties include family law, high-asset divorce, child support, criminal defense and civil lawsuits. Tamar (Rock) and Eli Miller ’11 welcomed their second son, Yair Shlomo, on Oct. 12. Desiree Murphy, an associate at Morgan, Brown & Joy in Boston, was named a Rising Star in the 2018 Massachusetts Super Lawyers listing. She represents employers in labor and employment matters. The Pisacano Leadership Foundation board of directors named Maya Siegel a 2018 Pisacano Scholar, a recognition that goes to outstanding medical students who will enter the family-medicine specialty. Talisa Torres attended the Masie’s Learning 2018 Conference. In addition to Talisa, two other members of Learning 2018’s 30 Under 30 Program are Brandeis grads: Andy Hyde ’12 and Emily (Salloway) Ricco ’13.
