Laura Alpert, Heller MM’98, is managing director of the Boston Arts Academy Foundation, which raises money for the Boston Arts Academy’s arts-intensive and college-preparatory curriculum. She married Peter Perry in Schenectady, New York, in September 2016. John Drollette is a foreign-service officer with the U.S. Department of State. He previously worked as a foreign-service specialist at the U.S. Consulate General in Jerusalem, the U.S. embassy in Baghdad and the U.S. embassy in Guatemala City. Brett Garver is a partner at law firm Moritt Hock & Hamroff, which has offices on Long Island and in Manhattan. He concentrates on corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Joshua Pines, Agi Kazal Pines ’99 and their twin teenage daughters have lived in London for five years. Josh is co-founder and head of marketing and partnerships at Sirenum, which makes software for managing hourly workers. He is co-president of the Brandeis Alumni Club of Great Britain and plays for the British Baseball Federation’s London Mammoths.
