Sarah Viadero (she/her) serves as the Specialist, Community Engagement and Leadership. In her role, Sarah supports the Waltham Group in leadership development, community connection and civic engagement.
Sarah has held roles at university settings as the Director of Community Service at Lesley University, supporting students looking for volunteer opportunities. As a grad student Sarah has worked with Student Activities and Residence Life. Sarah has also worked in the non profit space including positions at Big Sister Boston, Girls on the Run and Service Stars. In these youth serving nonprofits Sarah worked with many university and community partners to grow the volunteer network.
Outside of work Sarah is an avid runner recently having run the Boston Marathon. She also enjoys hiking and being outside with her family. She holds a bachelor's in Education from Lesley University and a master’s from Northeastern in College Student Development and Counseling.
