Student Accounts & Billing

The Office of Student Financial Services is responsible for processing tuition and fees, collecting payments, dispensing monthly payment option information, processing refunds and overall internal and external customer service.


Our semester billing cycle consists of an e-bill sent to your Student Account Center prior to the start of each semester. Subsequent student account activity will be issued via e-mail to your Brandeis email account.  You can access the Student Account Center by selecting the "View Account or Manage Payment" link in the "Finances" section of your Sage Student Center. 

If you have not already done so, we strongly encourage you to register the primary person(s) responsible for paying your bill for Student Account Center participant access. Participant access lets whomever you register have direct access to your Student Account Center, where they can contract for a monthly payment plan, pay directly by credit card or direct withdrawal from a checking or savings account. Nelnet accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. A user fee applies to all credit card transactions. There is no user fee for withdrawal from a checking or savings account.

You may add or delete a Student Account Center participant through your Student Account Center by selecting the "Manage Account Access" button at the top of the page. You can then add an Authorized User.  Added parent/participants will receive an email invitation with instructions for setting up a password to access the SAC details using their own login credentials. They should not use the student's login credentials.
