Payments
Your Direct Loan Servicer handles all billing regarding your Direct Student Loan, so you’ll need to make payments directly to your servicer. Each servicer has its own payment process and address and can work with you if you need help making payments.
If you are unsure of who your Servicer is you can get this information by logging in to the National Student Loan Data System.
You can make payment through your new ECSI account. If you prefer to pay by check you can mail payments to:
