Job Opportunities
The Office of Student Financial Services provides job opportunity listings as they become available throughout the year. This site is intended for Brandeis University students only.
Please note that only students with Federal Work-Study or University Employment as part of their financial aid packages can be hired for on-campus jobs prior to Oct. 1 of every academic year. Students without FWS or UE will need to wait until after that date to apply for on campus positions. F-1 and J-1 students are not eligible to apply for the off-campus positions listed below.
On-Campus Jobs
All hourly student jobs are posted in Workday. Please login, click on "Student Job Hub" in the Workday menu, and then select Find Jobs for Students to begin applying.
Off-Campus Federal Work Study Jobs
Undergraduate U.S. citizens who have been awarded Federal Work-Study may work at an approved off-campus agency through the Student Employment Program during the academic year. The employer must be a nonprofit agency and must be able to provide proof of 501(c)(3) status.
The Office of Student Financial Services will post such job listings in Workday when available - look for the phrase 'Federal Work Study' in the job title. Students with FWS are encouraged to seek eligible off-campus jobs in addition to the ones listed here. Such jobs must meet the approval of the Office of Student Financial Services.
