GSAS is no longer using our internal check-in Google form for student concerns. All student concerns (big or small) from faculty or staff should now be submitted using an
I Care report. If students share incidents of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, or related issues, please either work with them to complete the correct
Report It! form or fill it out for them (in addition to an I Care report). This ensures that these cases are reported, which is mandatory, and go to the Office of Equal Opportunity and Dean of Students. If you are unsure which form to fill out, contact
