The amount awarded will be based on the cost of attendance. Awards are made as travel reimbursement for expenses following the return from the conference and are payable upon submission of original receipts.

Please send a complete set of the following materials to HBI. Incomplete materials will not be considered.

• Cover letter, indicating:
  • current degree program at Brandeis
  • date of anticipated degree
  • title and brief description of the paper
  • estimate of travel expenses
• Copy of acceptance letter from the conference organizer
• Curriculum vitae

Deadline: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the academic year.
