Article XII: Amendments To The Bylaws
Section 1
Any and all legislation amending these Bylaws shall, prior to any vote of the Senate, be submitted for study to the Senate Committee on the Bylaws, which shall act pursuant to Section 6, Article VI of these Bylaws.
Section 2
The Senate may, by a ⅔ (two-thirds) vote, amend these Bylaws.
Section 3
The Senate shall not introduce and vote on legislation amending these Bylaws within the course of one meeting of the Senate unless the Senate suspends normal procedural rules by a ⅔ (two-thirds) majority vote.
Section 4
Upon the enactment of any bill containing an amendment to these Bylaws, and in a timely manner, the Chair of the Rules Committee shall update the Github Bylaws repository reflecting any and all amendments duly enacted by the Senate.
