Article I: Supremacy
Section 1
The Brandeis University Undergraduate Student Union shall be referred to as the “Union,” and shall be governed by this Constitution.
Section 2
The Student Union shall represent all currently registered undergraduate students, including students on Study Abroad and/or enrolled in the Transitional Year Program.
Section 3
All elected or appointed members of the Student Union must accept their positions in written or electronic form before assuming their position in office. Upon written or electronic acceptance of any role in the Student Union, elected or appointed members will be held to the rights and responsibilities as stated in this Constitution and its Bylaws.
