An efficient algorithm for Glycan Topology Reconstruction from Tandem Mass Spectras without relying on glycan databases, enabling rapid and statistically supported identification of glycan topologies. It helps researchers interpret complex glycan fragmentation patterns and discover novel glycan structures critical for understanding biological functions and disease markers.
