HigherEdJobs.com is $116.38 for 60 days.

Boston.com is ~ $400 for 30 days (Boston.com postings automatically post to Monster.com).

How long will it take for my job requisition to be posted?
Once you have emailed scipersonnel@brandeis.edu the required information, the SciPersonnel group contacts Human Resources. Human Resources will open the job requisition via PeopleSoft. The job requisition will need to go through the necessary approvals from the hiring manager/PI, sponsored accounting and/or the budget office. Once this occurs, your requisition will be posted. You/the hiring manager will receive an e-mail when the requisition is opened. Please let scipersonnel@brandeis.edu if this does not happen within 4 days (1-4 days processing time).

Where is my requisition posted?
Once your requisition has been approved and opened, it will be posted to the Human Resources Career Website. Please have all candidates apply through this system.

I have a candidate for my job opening. When may I extend a verbal offer to that candidate?
Please contact scipersonnel@brandeis.edu with the name of your candidate. We will work with Human Resources to get the candidate slotted into the job opening via Brandeis University Self-Service (BUSS). Once this is completed, the PI/hiring manager will receive an email to fill out a Fair Search Report in Brandeis University Self-Service (BUSS).

We will let you know when the Fair Search Report has been approved. Once this is approved, if your offer is within the approved salary range, you may extend a verbal offer at that time. You should expect the candidate/hiring manager/PI/scipersonnel@brandeis.edu to receive an offer letter from Human Resources within one week of extending an offer/notifying HR.
