Enrollment and Degree Verification

Enrollment/Degree Verification Moratorium: All students graduating on May 23, 2021 will be unable to obtain an enrollment/degree verification letter from May 12 - May 22 due to graduation processing during this time. This affects only those students graduating May 23, 2021. If you will need an enrollment or degree verification letter during this time, please be sure to request it no later than May 10th.

An enrollment verification certificate can be presented to health insurance agencies, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, etc., when you are required to provide official evidence of enrollment at Brandeis University.

Current and former students can request an enrollment verification letter via Sage in Student Self-Service. Former students who do not have access to Sage can contact the registrar's office (registrar@brandeis.edu or 781-736-2010). Letters requested via Sage can be mailed to any address or picked up at the registrar's office. These letters are mailed within two business days.

To conveniently serve our students around the clock, Brandeis has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status and degrees. The National Student Clearinghouse charges a fee for its verification services.
