Registration Forms
Undergraduate Registration
- Add/drop form (PDF)
- Time conflict form (PDF). Permission of the instructors from both classes is needed to register.
Students can now email their registration forms to registrar@brandeis.edu from their Brandeis email to add courses anytime during the shopping period. Forms will be processed within one business day. Forms that are unreadable or incomplete will not be processed.
UWS and COMP Add/Drop
Students can add on a seat available basis only. There is no form to drop UWS or COMP.
Cross-Registration
Special Forms for Adding 90-Level (Independent Instruction) Courses
- Registration for 89a (internship seminars) varies by course. Enrollment is by consent of the instructor.
