Students are permitted to reschedule a final exam if they meet the criteria outlined in the frequently asked questions section below. Please review this criteria to determine whether or not you qualify. If you believe that you qualify, please see the

No. You must wait until the Final Exam Schedule for the term is posted. Travel cannot take place until after you have completed all final exams and class presentations.

To request to reschedule a final exam and take it at Conflict Resolution, on Friday, December 20, students must complete the final exam reschedule request form which becomes available on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Students who qualify to reschedule a Fall 2024 final exam must fall into at least one of the categories listed below:
- Three final exams scheduled within four consecutive exam periods (not interrupted by a weekend).
- Two exams on the same day for students with an extended time accommodation in both classes.
Steps for Requesting to Reschedule a Final Exam
Please read these steps carefully. The request process can take up to five business days.
- Complete the form. The Reschedule Request Form will be posted on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 and needs to be submitted no later than Wednesday, November 27 2024.
- Registrar reviews student request. The Office of the University Registrar will review your request and determine whether you are eligible to have your exam rescheduled.
- Notification. You will be notified of our decision via email within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a decision within 5 business days, please contact the Registrar's Office at finalexam@brandeis.edu.
- Approval. If your request is approved, you will receive an email that will outline the steps to take with your instructor.
