The URCC Symposium Presentation Schedules for May 4, 2023 are posted below for the oral presentations, poster sessions, and exhibits. You will need to login to your Brandeis Gmail account to view the schedules.
Please re-check the schedule on the day of the event for any updates or changes.
Oral Presentations from 12:30-4:30 PM
Oral Presentations will take place from 12:30-4:30PM in the Levine-Ross 1&2, Lurias 3, and Geller Rooms of the Hassenfeld Conference Center
Each student will have 10 minutes to discuss their current research topic or senior thesis. Presentation schedules will be available at the Check-In Desk in the lobby of the Hassenfeld Conference Center, and will also be posted at each room location.

Poster Sessions from 1:00-3:00PM
Poster Sessions will take place from 1:00-3:00PM in the Sherman Function Hall of the Hassenfeld Conference Center.
Each student will have an assigned poster location indicated by a number. Odd-numbered stations will conduct sessions from 1:00-2:00PM with even-numbered stations presenting from 2:00-3:00PM.

Exhibits and Multimedia Presentations from 1:00-4:00PM
In addition to oral presentations and poster sessions, exhibits and multimedia presentations will be taking place in Luria 1 and Luria 2 of the Hassenfeld Conference Center from 1:00-4:00PM. Each student will be present to discuss their exhibit and answer questions from either 1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00, or 3:00-4:00 pm.
