Move-In and Move-Out Information

Fall 2024 Move-Out Information:

Students are required to move out of their fall housing assignments 24 hours after their last final or by 12 noon on Friday, December 20th — whichever comes first.

Eligible students can sign up to stay for Winter Housing if they need to stay past December 20th at 12 noon. Fall residents who will not be living on campus or will be changing rooms between semesters will not be eligible for Winter Housing and must complete their move out by December 20th at 12 noon.

Spring 2025 Move-In Information:

Move in for new students is scheduled for Sunday, January 12th from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Returning students moving into new Spring housing assignments are scheduled to check in on Sunday, January 12th from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. or on Monday, January 13th from 9. am - 5 p.m.

Residents returning to their same housing assignment from the Fall semester can self check-in, but may be charged Winter Housing fees if they are arriving before January 12th. More information is available on the Winter Housing webpage. 

Spring 2025 Move-Out Information:

Students are required to move out of their spring housing assignments 24 hours after their last final or by 12 p.m. Wednesday, May 14 — whichever comes first.

*Graduating seniors have until 12 p.m. Monday, May 19, to move out.

Additional information will be sent to students via email in April and May.
