Tiffany Karalis Noel, Ph.D.

Dr. Tiffany Karalis Noel serves as the Associate Director of Community Engagement and Leadership within Brandeis University's Department of Student Engagement. In her role, she leads the Community Engagement Ambassador Program and acts as a bridge to the Center for Community Partnerships and Civic Transformation (COMPACT). Tiffany is instrumental in shaping strategies and visions that foster leadership development at the confluence of the university and its surrounding communities.

With a Ph.D. from Purdue University obtained in 2018, she has dedicated over fourteen years to nurturing interdisciplinary leaders, curriculum design, systemic transformation through in-depth research, and roles as a university programs director, a researcher focused on sociocultural inequity, and an educator in research methods and educational leadership. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Noel cherishes time with her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and tabby cat, indulges in long runs, and has a penchant for copious amounts of coffee.
