Calvin is dedicated to helping people navigate the delicate balance between pursuing their passions, managing external pressures, and meeting practical needs. He’s excited to meet with everyone but especially enjoys working with students and alumni who feel overwhelmed by either too many options or too few, as well as those dealing with strong family expectations.
Before joining Hiatt, Calvin spent years in nonprofit and ministry organizations, providing coaching and guidance to people from various backgrounds. He found it most fulfilling to help them navigate seasons of change. Now, he’s here to assist Brandeisians gain clarity and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence.
Outside of the office, Calvin loves playing video and board games, podcasting, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their two sons.

Calvin is passionate about helping students connect their college experience and interests to their career journey regardless of major. He meets with all students and supports the Healthcare and Science Research career hubs.
