Our career hubs offer comprehensive resources for career exploration, internships, and job searches across diverse industries. With personalized career advising, extensive career resources, alumni mentoring, career fairs, and more than 250 career-focused events each year, we equip students with the tools they need to navigate their unique career journeys.

Brandeis graduates are admitted to top graduate and professional programs worldwide. About one-third of Brandeis graduates pursue graduate school immediately after graduation, with top programs in biological and physical sciences, financial services and banking, and management.

Across campus, Hiatt connects students with alumni, faculty, staff, and employers who support their career preparation. Hiatt recognizes nearly 200 Brandeis Career Heroes—faculty and staff members nominated by students for their significant contributions to students' professional and career goals.

Brandeis boasts a strong, connected, and supportive alumni network dedicated to helping current students achieve their career aspirations. The Rise Together Mentor Network provides a virtual space for students to build confidence in their networking skills and connect with alumni mentors.

Students gain hands-on experience through classrooms, labs, and research projects across campus. Additionally, campus clubs, organizations, and athletics offer valuable opportunities to develop transferable skills that employers highly value.

Hiatt Career Team

Hiatt helps students identify their goals and provides the tools they need to achieve them.

The Hiatt career team includes professional staff members, industry-specific graduate assistants, and peer Hiatt Advisors. Committed to fostering an inclusive environment, Hiatt ensures that all Brandeis students have access to career support. Students can typically meet with a professional staff member within a week for career exploration discussions or connect with a Hiatt Advisor the same day for a resume review. Nearly half of all first- and second-year students engage with the career team, and Brandeis alumni have access to Hiatt’s services for life.

 Students who meet with the Hiatt Career Center are 2x more likely to be employed.
