Profile
Katrina Rojas is the Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications at the Hiatt Career Center. In this role, she leads the center’s marketing strategy, digital communications, and branding efforts to help students, alumni, and employers connect with career resources and opportunities. She manages Hiatt’s social media, email campaigns, and creative content, ensuring that career information is accessible, engaging, and student-centered.
Prior to joining the Hiatt Career Center at Brandeis, Katrina worked in public relations, and also built a career as a graphic designer and brand strategist, partnering with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to develop websites, campaigns, and visual identities. She is Founder of KR Design Studio and Soft Girl, Soft Life—a wellness community dedicated to creating spaces for women to prioritize self-care.
Outside of her role at Hiatt, Katrina is a published poet and continues to support creative communities in Boston through events and collaborations. She is passionate about using storytelling and design to empower individuals and organizations, helping them share their stories with clarity and impact.
Katrina is a loving cat mom of Luna, and a proud Dominican/Puerto-Rican from Boston, MA.
