USCIS Filing Fee: $460
USCIS H-1B Anti-Fraud Fee: $500 (Fee not required for H-1B visa extensions)
USCIS Premium Processing Fee: $2,805. Effective March 1, 2026, the premium processing fee will increase to $2,965. (Consult with the ISSO to understand if the H-1B petition should be submitted with the premium processing service. )
Effective September 1, 2025, all USCIS filing fees associated with H-1B petitions must be paid by credit card.
- For Science Postdoctoral Scholars, ISSO will collect credit card information by completing Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions.
- For Faculty, the Provost's Office will cover the USCIS filing fees, which the ISSO will coordinate.
