Profile

Dan supervises Hiatt’s career development team, providing strategic direction through student outreach, career education programming, and data analysis. He is passionate about helping students connect their college experience and interests to their career journey.

Dan believes college can be anything you want it to be. He encourages Brandeisians to take advantage of all the wonderful opportunities and resources the university offers. Dan’s door is always open to hear about your successes, help talk through an obstacle, or get your take on a recent movie or ballgame.

Dan brings over a decade of higher education experience to the Hiatt team. Before joining Hiatt Career Center, he held roles in academic advising, student activities, and residence life. He earned his Master’s degree in higher education administration from Stony Brook University, with a concentration in student affairs.

Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the movies, and trivia games. Originally from Long Island, NY, he takes his pizza and bagels seriously and is a lifelong New York Mets and Jets fan. Dan is new to Boston and excited to explore the city. He is always open to a new pizza, bagel, and deli recommendation.

Dan is passionate about helping students connect their college experience and interests to their career journey regardless of major. He meets with all students, supports the Creative Arts & Communication career hub, and also is available to meet with first-year students with last names starting with A – C.
