Profile

Kyle oversees Hiatt Career Center’s outward-facing communications, utilizing both traditional and digital methods of reaching the Brandeis community where they already are. He most enjoys sharing students' stories that depict Hiatt's impact on their lives and the unique value the career center brings to students, alumni, organizations and more.

Before coming to Hiatt Career Center, Kyle worked at WORLD Channel, a national public media news and documentary channel, before fulfilling his desire to serve the community as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the local writing nonprofit 826 Boston. From there, he journeyed to Cape Ann, bringing his knowledge of digital marketing to the region's community TV station 1623 Studios. Kyle studied journalism at Boston University where he also minored in political science and participated in the student-run radio and television stations.

Outside of the office, you can find Kyle hiking through the woods of Waltham, watching Premier League soccer (go Wolves!) or baking delectable pies for his friends and family. Fun fact: Kyle shares a hometown with the plastic pink flamingo lawn ornament, the legendary Johnny Appleseed and some of the best apple crisp in the state.
