Brandeis provides Google Suite for all faculty, staff and students. Through a Brandeis email account, users have access to the entire apps suite to help you manage day-to-day projects including setting up meetings, video conferencing, online storage and file sharing.

Mailing Lists
All members of the Brandeis community are welcome to create and manage their own lists for sending email to a group of subscribers with similar interests. Please contact Technology Help Desk to get started.

Can I forward my Brandeis email to another address?
Yes, you can enable email forwarding to direct your Brandeis email to a non-Brandeis email address. Email that is forwarded will simply bypass Brandeis Gmail and send any messages directly to the provided email address. Therefore, messages will not appear in your Brandeis email Inbox. Please refer to the following instructions to enable email forwarding:
- Go to the Brandeis Account Management.
- Click on the option "Manage my account."
- Select the option "Mail & Directory Settings."
- Under the heading "Forwarding Address," select the option that says "Forward my mail off-campus."
- Type the desired email address into the box labeled "Forwarding Address."
- Scroll down and click the button "Update my mail options."
How do I disable email forwarding?
If you have enabled email forwarding where your Brandeis email is directed to a non-Brandeis email address, you can disable this by using the following instructions.
- Go to the Brandeis Account Management.
- Click on the option "Manage my account."
- Select the option "Mail & Directory Setting."
- Under the heading "Forwarding Address," select the option that says "Don't forward (default)."
- Scroll down and click the button "Update my mail options."
