Members of the Brandeis community are eligible to create a Brandeis account. This includes students, faculty, staff, academic affiliates (e.g., visiting scholar, visiting researcher), non-matriculated students (e.g., BOLLI or Pre-College Students) and consultants conducting work on behalf of the university.

To create your Brandeis account, you will need the Workday or Student ID (8-digit number starting with 1 or 2). Please refer to the following to help you locate the 8-digit number.

• Students — Enrollment materials
• Faculty — Welcome email from Workday or materials provided by department/school
• Staff — Welcome email from Workday
• BOLLI or Pre-College Students — Enrollment materials
• Visiting Research Scholar, Scientist, Student Researcher (Academic Affiliates or Courtesy Appointments) — Welcome email from Workday or materials provided by ORA
• All other affiliations (e.g., consultant) — Welcome email from Workday
