The Technology Help Desk is available to provide technical support to students, faculty and staff with timely, professional answers to your information technology questions.
The Help Desk is a centralized resource center to support the technology needs of the Brandeis community. Our team of desktop support specialists is skilled in providing personalized customer service and technical assistance to 7,500+ students, faculty and staff. We offer support for a wide range of issues including troubleshooting desktop or laptop issues, connectivity issues with the campus network or Pulse Secure VPN, software, printers, phones, etc.

- Help with Workday — the employee self-service application
- Questions about common LATTE functions
- Connecting a current Windows or MacOS desktop or laptop to Brandeis networks
- Warranty repairs for Dell and Apple laptops and desktops
- Installing site-licensed software on a compatible Windows or MacOS laptop or desktop
