Brandeis partners with Ricoh to provide campus with all-in-one machines that handle printing, copying, and scanning.
These multifunction machines enable members of the Brandeis community to:
- Release a print job to any copier on campus by swiping a Brandeis ID card or by entering a username and password
- Print from a cell phone or mobile device
- Print in color
- Fax from some copiers
- Print confidentially and securely from shared copiers
- Utilize new technology and best practices in print management
- Reduce wasted paper
Printing for Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff will find Ricoh multifunctional printers in academic and administrative buildings around campus. These devices can print in color and black and white, scan documents to PDF, and make copies.

Access to Printing for Students
Students have access to Ricoh devices in the Goldfarb and Farber Library. You can find information on how to set up your printer drivers on our Student Printing informational page.
Support for Ricoh Devices
Ricoh services the multifunction printers in your building. If there is a hardware issue with your printer or you need to order toner for your printer, call the phone number listed on the Ricoh Printer sticker. You will also need the ID number on the sticker to complete your service call.
The Technology Help Desk supports printer driver installation and papercut software issues. If you are having trouble printing from your Brandeis-owned device, please contact the Help Desk for support (help@brandeis.edu).
