Help Desk Support Hours

The Technology Help Desk provides tech support to the community virtually, in person or by telephone. For support, visit the Brandeis Service Portal, email help@brandeis.edu or call 781-736-4357 from a non-campus phone (6-HELP from a campus phone).

Please visit the Brandeis Technology Help Desk booking page to secure an appointment for in person support, although walk-ins are welcome.

The Technology Help Desk is located in the Goldfarb Library Commons. Our dynamic operating schedule will be monitored for desk activity and service-related data points.
