• Audio from a user's laptop can be routed through the TV's speakers OR the Crestron Mercury device
  • Users must select which device to use for audio playback from their laptop audio settings.
  • TV volume is controlled from the control panel next to the TV.

This conference room is equipped for use of webconferencing or recording applications with the installed cameras and microphones for an optimal HyFlex experience. Zoom is available to all Brandeis users and can be launched on a user's laptop with access to the installed cameras and microphones.

Users can access Zoom to setup meetings at brandeis.zoom.us.

• Turn on the TV monitor from the control panel on the wall next to the TV.
• Connect a laptop via the HDMI cable located on the conference table that is attached to the Crestron Mercury device.

Wireless screen sharing via the Crestron Mercury device

• After turning on the TV from the control panel, follow the on-screen instructions for wireless screen sharing.

• Audio playback can be routed through the installed TV or the Crestron Mercury device located on the conference table.
  • Control the TV's audio level via the wall panel next to the TV.
  • Control audio level on the Crestron Mercury device from the controls on the touch panel of the device.

• The conference room has a USB webcam that is located under the TV. The camera can be selected from the web conferencing application running on a laptop connected to the system via the installed USB cable. The source will be labeled "Crestron Mercury".
• This camera is mounted in a fixed position and cannot be adjusted.

• To shut down the system, turn off the TV using the control panel located on the wall next to the TV.
