Learn How
Use the My Media Page
Every Kaltura user has a personal, searchable repository for viewing and managing private media content. Thus, "My Media" is the media repository of a single user. Media items in the "My Media" repository may be published and shared with galleries and channels based on the user’s entitlements. The content of the My Media repository is consistent across all Kaltura applications. This tutorial video demonstrates how to use "My Media" and publish from it.
Edit Captions
All media uploaded to Kaltura will have automatically generated captions applied to the video. Users can then review and edit the captions to improve accuracy.
Read the Knowledge Center article on editing captions.
Manage Channels
Organizational group managers or anyone authorized by the organization to create channels in MediaSpace can create a channel on the MediaSpace site and manually select the channel’s settings and member permissions. Users who create channels in MediaSpace require a MediaSpace application role that enables channel creation. This tutorial video demonstrates how to manage your own channel.
