Spring 2025

'Deis Docs: Explore Careers in Medicine with Brandeis Alums

During this virtual event, hear directly from Brandeis alumni about their personal journeys into the field - how they navigated pre-med, residency, and beyond - and get insider tips to help you shape your own medical career. Then, participate in a live Q&A session to ask questions and connect with professionals in the field. All Brandeis pre-medical students and alumni are welcome!

Personal Statement Workshops

In this workshop, we'll give you an overview of the personal statement that you'll write for your dossier and primary applications. We will focus on the content of your essay by reading a sample essay and completing a brief writing exercise.

  • Any current student graduate planning to apply to any health profession schools for 2026 admission is welcome to attend.
  • Please plan to attend the entire workshop with your camera on.
Dates & Registration:
  • January 16 at 5:00pm Eastern
  • March 20 at 5:00pm Eastern - This workshop is open to all 2026 applicants, but will be particularly helpful for applicants to PA schools. 

2026 PA School Applicants

We encourage applicants to PA school to begin their preparation during the spring term of the year before they hope to begin their professional training. For those interested in starting in 2026, this means you should get started in spring of 2025.

Sophomore Check-In

The Sophomore Check-In will begin on Monday, February 3rd for any pre-health sophomore students interested in participating. Complete the Sophomore Check-In Questionnaire and then meet with a pre-health advisor to receive feedback and recommendations on how to strengthen your application for the future.
